How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €30.
For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct tracking link
Use the tracking link to follow your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.

Returned dresses must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging where applicable

How do I start a return?

- The reason for your return
We will provide the return instructions and return address. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
What if my dress arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Return your eligible dress for a refund and place a new order for the preferred style.
Are your dresses covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every dress is covered by our 30-Day Quality Assurance Warranty.
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects and production-related faults.
How do I choose the right dress size?
Most of our dresses are available in One Size and generally fit:
- EU Size: 36–42
- Bust: 80–98 cm
- Waist: 60–82 cm
- Hips: 85–106 cm
