Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a tracking link, allowing you to follow your package until delivery.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Delivery Destinations & Estimated Shipping Times

We proudly ship to a variety of international destinations using reliable shipping partners selected for their speed and dependability.

  • European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
  • South Africa: 8–12 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, courier operations, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all qualifying orders over €30.
  • Orders Under €30: Shipping charges will be calculated automatically and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Where required by law, all listed prices include applicable VAT.

4. Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking details so you can monitor your delivery at every stage.

5. Shipping Delays & Delivery Problems

If your shipment is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help reach a satisfactory resolution.

Monezari cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
